1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the c7778 website accessible at https://c7778.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, games, and services operated thereunder.
• "c7778", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operating entity that owns and manages the c7778 Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by an individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of c7778 or any affiliated entity, software provider, or payment processor.

3.1 Age Verification Process

c7778 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate clearly showing your date of birth. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, c7778 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain games.

If it is determined at any point that a player was under 21 years of age at the time of registration or during any period of active play, c7778 reserves the right to void all wagers placed, forfeit all winnings, and return only the net deposits made during that period after deducting any bonus amounts received.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. c7778 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

4. Account Registration & Management

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any detail changes.

4.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. c7778 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from c7778 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

You agree to notify c7778 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of account security. c7778 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

c7778 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before a withdrawal request is processed. c7778 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality pending completion of KYC verification.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. c7778 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Where a balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be closed.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. c7778 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits funded by credit facilities obtained for gambling purposes are accepted at c7778's discretion and subject to responsible gaming restrictions.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Processing times vary by method but are generally instant for mobile financial services.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in writing by c7778's finance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST on a business day are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on public holidays may take up to 48 hours.

c7778 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Where a payment method settles in a different currency, the conversion will be performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. c7778 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

c7778 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All financial transactions on the Platform are monitored for suspicious activity. c7778 reserves the right to report any transaction suspected of constituting money laundering or related criminal conduct to the relevant authorities and to freeze the associated account pending investigation.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

c7778 offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Real-money funds in the account balance are used before bonus funds unless the Platform interface specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and may have winnings derived from such conduct voided at c7778's sole discretion.

7. Games, Betting & Fair Play

8. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic aid to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of c7778 or the applicable licensor. Unauthorised use of Platform content may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c7778 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if c7778 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

c7778's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

c7778 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account — and withhold or forfeit any balance therein — at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A player being identified as a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• A request from a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement agency.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c7778 is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit c7778's right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any jurisdiction where such relief is available.

16. Amendments to These Terms

c7778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, c7778 will notify registered players via the email address on record and/or via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will state the new effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].
